Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development, design, and maintenance of mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

- Implement and manage BLoC state management to ensure performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

- Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and version control.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

- Contribute to process improvements and innovation within the R&D team.

Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart programming languages.

- Proven proficiency in BLoC state management pattern.

- Experience in developing apps for both iOS and Android platforms.

- Knowledge of REST APIs and backend service integration.

- Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.

- Ability to mentor and support junior developers.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Experience in the AgriTech sector is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
