Role Overview :

The Jutro Lead will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of solutions using the Jutro platform. This individual will work with cross-functional teamsincluding business analysts, developers, and client stakeholdersto deliver innovative, efficient, and scalable digital products. The Jutro Lead will serve as both a technical and functional expert on Jutro, ensuring best practices, high-quality code, and effective client engagements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Platform Leadership : Lead the design and architecture of digital solutions using Jutro, aligning with client business requirements and platform capabilities.

- Team Management : Mentor, guide, and oversee the work of Jutro developers and configuration specialists, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

- Solution Delivery : Own end-to-end implementation life cyclefrom requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with client stakeholders, business analysts, and UI/UX teams to translate business requirements into robust Jutro solutions.

- Technical Guidance : Provide expert input on technical best practices, reusable component development, and low-code application design within the Jutro ecosystem.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure adherence to quality standards, security best practices, and maintainability of the codebase.

- Continuous Improvement : Keep up to date with Jutro platform upgrades, new features, and industry trends; provide recommendations for process and technology improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with at least 2 years leading teams on low-code/no-code platforms (Jutro preferred).

- Deep understanding of the Jutro platform (configuration, UI building, integrations, deployment, and troubleshooting).

- Experience with modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, REST APIs).

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to manage and motivate distributed teams.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- [Optional : Prior experience in insurance or financial services digital transformation projects.]

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Jutro certification (if available) or strong track record of Jutro projects.

- Experience with GW configuration or Integrartion.

- Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Salesforce).

- Understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, automated testing, or CI/CD tools.

- Prior consulting/client-facing experience.
