Role Overview :

We are looking for a talented and passionate MERN Stack Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a strong understanding of REST APIs, deployment, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.

- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 3-5 years of proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer.

Strong proficiency in :

- MongoDB (Database Design, Aggregation, Indexing).

- Express.js.

- React.js (Hooks, Redux, Component Lifecycle).

- Node.js (Asynchronous programming, Middleware, NPM).

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with Git, version control, and Agile methodologies.

- Knowledge of deployment tools and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes.

- Exposure to GraphQL.
