About the Role :

We are seeking a hands-on Frontend Technical Lead with strong expertise in Vue.js to lead the design, development, and delivery of frontend solutions for a product-driven, global platform.

This role combines deep technical skills, leadership, and product thinking. You will work closely with US-based stakeholders, guide frontend engineers, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-performance, and maintainable frontend systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Architecture & Technical Ownership :

- Design and lead frontend architecture for scalable, product-based applications.

- Translate product and business requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Drive frontend decisions with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Ensure alignment between frontend architecture and overall product roadmap.

Hands-On Development & Team Leadership :

- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and UI architecture guidelines.

- Perform code reviews to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.

- Mentor and guide frontend developers, providing technical direction and support.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend teams, and US-based clients.

- Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and design reviews.

- Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.

- Ensure frontend delivery aligns with product priorities and business goals.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of professional frontend or full-stack development experience.

- Strong, hands-on expertise in Vue.js and component-driven frontend architecture.

- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend systems using REST and/or GraphQL APIs.

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive UI principles.

- Experience with state management, performance optimization, and reusable component design.

- Hands-on exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.

- Proven experience working with US-based teams or global stakeholders.

- Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

- Experience building and scaling product-based applications.

Good to Have :

- Experience with API-first architecture and microservices-based systems.

- Background in SaaS platforms, enterprise products, or e-commerce applications.

- Exposure to frontend testing frameworks, accessibility, and security best practices.
