About the Role:

Mobiloitte Technologies is looking for a Conversational AI Architect someone who can blend deep technical expertise with strong client engagement and pre-sales capabilities.

If youre passionate about AI-driven conversations, Python development, and can translate business requirements into scalable, intelligent chatbot and voicebot solutions, this role is for you.

Youll not just architect solutions youll own client discussions, create solution blueprints, contribute to pre-sales proposals, and guide the engineering team in building next-gen conversational experiences.

What Youll Do :

- Lead the design and architecture of chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI platforms.

- Drive pre-sales discussions translate client needs into technical proposals, solution decks, and project estimations.

- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, Bedrock, etc.) into custom conversational frameworks.

- Collaborate with AI engineers, UI/UX teams, and clients to ensure end-to-end delivery excellence.

- Develop and optimize prompt engineering, LLM tuning, and contextual orchestration frameworks.

- Build proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for client demos and proposals.

- Mentor developers on best practices in architecture, data security, and scalability.

- Partner with leadership to define AI strategy and delivery standards across projects.

Your Tech Toolkit :

Programming: Python (Flask/FastAPI), Node.js.

Databases: MongoDB, MySQL.

AI/LLM Tools: OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, Anthropic, etc.

Chatbot Frameworks: Rasa, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or custom-built in Python.

Concepts: NLP, NLU, Prompt Engineering, Context Management, Microservices.

Cloud & DevOps: AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.

Bonus: Experience in solution demos, RFP responses, and technical pre-sales.

Youll Excel in This Role If You :

- Have 6+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in AI/chatbot design or architecture.

- Are comfortable leading client meetings, pre-sales presentations, and solution pitches.

- Have built or led teams working on enterprise-level chatbots or AI systems.

- Are a proactive thinker who connects technology with business outcomes.

- Can manage both the architecture boardroom and the client call with equal ease.
