About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Mobility Architect with extensive experience in designing and leading large-scale mobile and frontend solutions.

The ideal candidate will define architectural standards, drive technology decisions, mentor teams, and ensure delivery of high-performing, secure, and scalable mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and maintain architecture standards for mobile and frontend platforms.

- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.

- Ensure alignment of architecture with business goals, security guidelines, and performance KPIs.

- Lead and mentor engineering teams across mobile and frontend domains.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI teams, and backend engineers for end-to-end solution design.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide development teams.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive architectural decisions for new features and enhancements.

- Build POCs and prototypes to validate architectural approaches.

- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for mobile apps.

Skills Required :

Mobile Architectures & Frameworks :

- iOS : Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, UIKit, SwiftUI

- Android : Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, Jetpack Compose

- Cross-platform : Flutter, React Native, Capacitor/Cordova

Architecture & Performance :

- Offline-first architectures, caching strategies, security & compliance

- Scalable, modular, and maintainable architecture design

Testing & CI/CD :

- Unit/UI/Integration testing (JUnit, Espresso, XCTest)

- CI/CD tools : Bitrise, Fastlane, GitHub Actions

Leadership & Strategy :

- Team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration

- Technology evaluation, innovation, and roadmap planning

Required Qualifications :

- 15+ years of experience in mobile and frontend development.

- Proven expertise in architecting and delivering large-scale applications.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
