Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Implementation Specialist Card Payments, Compliance & Security to join our Mumbai-based team. This role demands hands-on expertise in card scheme processing (debit/prepaid), CMS integration, EFT Switches, and in-depth knowledge of PCI DSS, RBI DL SAR, and other compliance standards. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of secure and compliant card-based payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end software implementation projects for debit and prepaid card payments.

- Configure and integrate Card Management Systems (CMS) for card issuance, lifecycle management, and authentication.

- Oversee EFT Switch integration for transaction routing, authorization, and settlement.

- Ensure adherence to Scheme Compliance, PCI DSS, RBI DL SAR, and ISO 27001 standards throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Work with EMV, ISO 8583, 3D Secure, tokenization, and encryption protocols.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, banks, and partners to ensure seamless delivery.

- Provide domain-level guidance to support audits, risk assessments, and security reviews.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in card payments implementation and system conversion.

- Strong domain knowledge of card schemes, transaction flows, and security protocols.

- Experience working with payment processors, fintech platforms, or banking systems.

- Hands-on experience with ISO 8583, EMV, and tokenization/encryption standards.

- Proven track record in implementing and maintaining compliance with global standards.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience in the financial or payments technology industry is preferred.
