- Experience in test automation techniques for complex interdependent programs/projects.

- Hands-on experience writing test automation scripts with Selenium & Java.

- Experience working with Test Planning, execution, and tracking tools.

- Experience with Cucumber, JBehave, Jasmine, or similar testing frameworks using BDD practices.

- Experience working with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools, to integrate, run, and monitor the automation scripts.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in preparing estimation test plan test strategy and preparing test summary reports

- Should have good exp of attending defect triage meetings and conversing all open defects from QA team

- Exposure to Agile Management tools and defect management tools such as Jira HP ALM QTest

- Lead should be able to manage 10 member team across different locations

- Should have good exp in assigning tasks to team members and preparing daily status reports

- Collaborates with other QA resource to exchange ideas and findings and understand feature implementation in order to define test cases and provide details about bugs discovered during testing

- Lead should Call out risks and Challenges on time to all stakeholders

- Lead test design and execution of planned test cases ensuring all the test results are correctly updated in test execution tools

- Review requirements specifications and design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

- The requirement is for a hands-on and experienced tester.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in Appium testing.

- The last 4-6 years should have been in Web and Mobile testing using Selenium Web Driver and Appium.

- Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Selenium Web driver for automation testing.

- Should have experience in mobile testing and setting up automation frameworks for this.

- Design, implementation, and delivery of scalable, maintainable, configurable and robust test automation frameworks.

- Ability to analyze and translate requirements and development stories into test scripts to ensure complete test coverage.

- Should have strong knowledge of continuous integration tools like Hudson and Jenkins.

- Strong understanding of testing and automation best practices.

- Proven experience in functional, regression and cross-browser testing.

- Ability to see to completion the entire testing process from data validation to front end GUI using a combination of SQL, manual, and automation testing techniques.

- Thorough understanding of the defect life-cycle process and industry standard defect tracking tools.

- Should have knowledge on how to set up and run the tests for multiple browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Safari).

- Knowledge of SQL and querying of databases.

- Knowledge of mobile browser automation.

- Knowledge of continuous integration testing tools Hudson/Jenkins.

- Should have understanding and experience of web-based security threats and how to test for them.

- Willingness to learn new technologies, approaches, and test tools

- Experience with performance testing tools is a plus.
