Mobile Test Automation Engineer - Selenium/Appium

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain mobile test automation frameworks (iOS & Android).

- Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure high test coverage.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.

- Perform root cause analysis of test failures and provide actionable insights.

- Monitor and report test execution results, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders.

- Mentor and guide junior team members on automation best practices.

- Ensure compliance with quality and security standards across all testing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.

- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, Kotlin, or Swift.

- Strong knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS & Android) and testing mobile applications at scale.

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).

- Solid understanding of API testing and tools like Postman or RestAssured.

- Familiarity with cloud-based device testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Firebase Test Lab).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
