The Mobile Test Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of mobile applications across multiple platforms.

The role involves hands-on work with automation frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, or Playwright, along with strong programming expertise in Java, Kotlin, Python, or JavaScript.

The engineer will collaborate closely with QA and development teams in an Agile environment to identify, analyze, and resolve issues, ensuring reliable releases and maintaining high product quality. This position requires both manual and automation testing experience, especially in mobile app testing, with a focus on continuous improvement and adoption of modern test automation tools and practices.

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Design, execute, and maintain test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of mobile applications across various platforms.

- Collaborate with the development and QA teams to identify and resolve software defects and inconsistencies.

- Conduct thorough regression testing to identify and address potential issues before product releases.

- Perform in-depth analysis of test results and provide comprehensive reports to the relevant stakeholders.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile automation testing.

Must Have Skills :

- 5+ years total experience with at least 3+ yrs of automation experience involved in design and development of Test Automation scripts using Selenium/ Appium/Playwright test framework.

- 2+ years in mobile App Testing is must(manual + automation)

- Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin, Python, or JavaScript (at least one required).

- Hands-on experience with test automation (web/mobile)

- Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban)

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have Skills :

- Exposure to Maestro for mobile test automation.

Qualification :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.

- Equivalent practical experience in software testing and test automation may also be considered.

- Additional certifications in Software Testing (ISTQB, CSTE) or Test Automation Tools (Selenium, Appium, Playwright) are a plus.
