Position Title : Mobile QA Engineer.

Work Arrangement : Remote India.

About The Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Mobile QA Engineer to join our agile team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile applications through rigorous manual and automated testing.

You will play a key part in our development lifecycle by designing test strategies, building automation frameworks, and collaborating closely with developers to deliver a seamless user experience.

The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile technology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to continuous improvement in testing practices.

What Youll Do :

- Develop, document, and maintain manual test cases, automated test scripts, and other test artifacts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements and deliverables.

- Identify, record, and track software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

- Work cooperatively and effectively in an agile team environment.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration of automated testing in the release cycle.

- Continuously identify opportunities to remove inefficiencies and take measurable steps to create additional value for the team through continuous improvement practices.

What You Bring :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience working in QA, with at least 2 years as an automation engineer.

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with mobile app testing on real and virtual devices.

- Proficiency in Object-Oriented programming, preferably Python, is a must.

- Experience with mobile automation tools like Appium.

- Proven experience creating automation frameworks and tools to support test automation.

- Hands-on experience testing RESTful data services, web services, and APIs (REST/JSON).

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, technical aptitude, and attention to detail.

- Strong ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities.

- Knowledge of CI/CD frameworks.

Must Have :

- Minimum 3 years of experience with mobile app testing.

- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with any unit testing framework : Pytest or TestNG.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.

- Working experience with databases.

- ISTQB Certified.
