Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers focused on mobile app products (iOS and Android).
- Own the end-to-end mobile product strategy, roadmap, and vision aligned with Payoneer's global business goals.
- Define and optimize the mobile user journey for onboarding, dashboards, payments, transactions, notifications, and account management.
- Work closely with Mobile Engineering, UX/UI, and QA to ship intuitive, high-quality, and performance-optimized app releases.
- Drive data-backed decision-making using analytics, customer feedback, heatmaps, funnels, and experimentation (A/B testing).
- Collaborate with global teams, including Risk, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance mobile engagement, conversion, security, and retention metrics.
- Lead market research on mobile trends, emerging technologies, and competitor apps to craft innovative features.
- Establish measurable KPIs (DAU/MAU, activation, retention, NPS, crash rate, session time) to evaluate app performance.
- Ensure mobile solutions adhere to global fintech regulatory, security, and privacy standards.
- Influence senior leadership through clear product strategies, documentation, and long-term mobile vision.
Requirements :
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing mobile products.
- Strong experience in leading mobile app development teams (iOS and Android).
- Proven track record of launching and scaling mobile apps at a global or high-growth company.
- Deep knowledge of mobile app UX, the app store ecosystem, mobile analytics, and performance optimization.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or secure transactional systems is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of mobile frameworks, APIs, push notifications, and app architecture (no coding required, but technical fluency preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to define metrics, analyze data, and drive insights into product decisions.
- Experience managing multiple product lines or leading PM teams.
