About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Mobile Front-End Developer with 24 years of hands-on experience in React Native for web interfaces and Flutter for cross-platform mobile app development. You will work closely with backend developers, and product teams to deliver high-performance, visually appealing, and responsive applications across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain front-end applications using React Native for web and Flutter for mobile (iOS & Android)

- Translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into high-quality code

- Ensure the responsiveness and performance of web and mobile applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers and designers

- Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability

- Integrate APIs and work closely with backend teams on data-driven features

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend best practices

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Debug and fix bugs, performance issues, and cross-browser/mobile compatibility issues

- little experience with native development is a plus

- should have decent know-how of flutter (rather than proficiency)

- would be expected to build & ship sdk features

- state-management put but without specific tools/tech

Required Skills & Experience :

- 24 years of professional experience in frontend development

- Strong hands-on experience with React Native (including hooks, state management, component lifecycle)

- Proficiency in Flutter & Dart for cross-platform mobile development

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling

- Familiar with responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-platform compatibility

- Experience with state management tools like Redux, Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git

- Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging tools for both web and mobile

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and analytics integration

- Exposure to CI/CD tools for mobile/web deployment

- Familiarity with app store deployment processes (Google Play & Apple App Store)

- Experience in writing unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, Flutter test)

- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
