Job Title : Mobile Development Engineer

Location : Remote / Hybrid (1-2 days onsite per month)

Shift Timing : 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM IST

Experience Level : 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop & Maintain Mobile Applications : Design, build, and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android using React Native.

- Collaborate & Innovate : Work closely with a team of designers, product owners, and backend engineers to translate project requirements into seamless, user-friendly features.

- Ensure Code Quality : Participate in code reviews, conduct thorough testing, and contribute to CI/CD workflows to ensure the app is scalable, maintainable, and bug-free.

- Implement Best Practices : Apply SOLID principles and design patterns to create robust and efficient mobile architectures.

- Troubleshoot & Optimize : Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues to ensure the application runs smoothly on various devices and platforms.

- Participate in Agile Processes : Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives to drive project success.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Core Languages : Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Mobile Framework : Strong, hands-on experience with React Native.

- UI/UX : Expertise in implementing user interfaces using CSS, Styled Components, and Responsive Design.

- State Management : Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

- Data & Performance : Familiarity with mobile storage solutions (e.g., Realm DB) and a solid understanding

of mobile performance tuning & device compatibility.

- Tools & Processes : Experience with version control (Git) and working with CI/CD pipelines.

- Testing : Familiarity with mobile testing tools such as Jest, Detox, or similar frameworks.

Desirable Skills (Good to Have) :

- Native Development : Experience with native development languages like Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android).

- Backend Integration : Knowledge of REST APIs and documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI.

- Authentication : Experience with security protocols such as OAuth2 and JWT authentication.

- Cloud & DevOps : Familiarity with AWS services (S3, API Gateway, Cognito) and exposure to DevOps tools like Docker and Terraform.

- Healthcare Domain : Knowledge of healthcare-specific data standards like HL7/FHIR and understanding of clinical workflows. This prior experience is a significant advantage.
