Mobile Developer (Android/iOS Bluetooth BLE) | 710 Years Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Developer with 710 years of experience in mobile application development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Android development, working knowledge of iOS development, and extensive hands-on experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technologies. Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance mobile applications for Android platforms while contributing to iOS development initiatives when required.

- Develop and integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) functionality into mobile applications, ensuring reliable communication with connected devices.

- Work extensively with Bluetooth-related frameworks and APIs, including BluetoothGatt on Android and CoreBluetooth on iOS.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, firmware engineers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Participate in the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable mobile solutions using industry best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to mobile applications, device connectivity, Bluetooth communication, and performance optimization.

- Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and Bluetooth advancements to drive innovation within the team.

- Work independently on assigned tasks while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams located across different regions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 710 years of professional experience in mobile application development.

- Strong expertise in Android development using modern development practices and frameworks.

- Working knowledge of iOS development and understanding of native iOS application architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization.

- Strong experience with BluetoothGatt, CoreBluetooth, and related Bluetooth communication APIs.

- Familiarity with Bluetooth pairing, device discovery, data transfer protocols, connection management, and debugging techniques.

- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or a strong understanding of shared mobile codebase development approaches.

- Proficiency in Kotlin and familiarity with mobile application lifecycle management.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges in mobile and connected-device environments.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse, global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on IoT, wearable, healthcare, consumer electronics, or connected-device applications.

- Exposure to Agile development methodologies and modern CI/CD practices.
