About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern mobile applications using Flutter. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-centric mobile solutions for both Android and iOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.

- Develop and implement UI components and screens aligned with design guidelines and performance standards.

- Integrate backend APIs, authentication services, and third-party SDKs seamlessly.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to ensure a consistent user experience.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.

- Maintain clean, reusable, and modular code following best practices.

- Ensure timely releases, support QA activities, and resolve production issues.

- Stay updated with emerging mobile development trends, frameworks, and tools.

Required Skillsets :

- Proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and REST API integration.

- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, navigation patterns, and responsive UI design.

- Experience with Git or other version control systems.

- Good understanding of app lifecycle management and cross-platform development.

- Exposure to state management tools such as Bloc or Provider.

- Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, OAuth2/JWT authentication, and analytics integration.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, app packaging, and deployment processes.

Preferred Background :

- Experience in modular or multi-journey app development.

- Prior experience in financial services, e-commerce, or tech startup environments.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
