Location : Bangalore (initially will have to work from our Kochi Office, as Bangalore office is yet to open)

Role Overview :

The Head of Digital Applications will drive the design, architecture, and evolution of a unified mobile platform that powers multiple investment and trading journeys under a single experience. The role requires deep expertise in Flutter and proven experience in building Micro-App or Super-App frameworks capable of supporting modular, scalable, and secure digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the overall mobile architecture and define the blueprint for a unified, multi-journey Super App.

- Build a robust micro-frontend architecture enabling independent modules such as trading, mutual funds, research, loans, and insurance to co-exist within one mobile shell.

- Ensure seamless integration with backend services, APIs, and authentication frameworks.

- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver personalized, high-performance mobile experiences.

- Define and enforce coding standards, design guidelines, and CI/CD practices for mobile development.

- Optimize app performance, security, and reliability through rigorous design and observability principles.

- Mentor the engineering team and ensure adoption of modern development frameworks and best practices.

- Evaluate and introduce emerging capabilities like AI assistants, in-app analytics, and cross-platform integrations.

Technical Skills :

- Mandatory : Flutter,Micro-App / Super-App architecture.

- Preferred : REST/GraphQL APIs, Firebase, OAuth2/JWT, modular state management, build automation tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

- Experience with cloud-native and API-driven backends (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Strong understanding of containerization, app store deployment, and secure data handling.

Experience :

- Proven track record in architecting large-scale modular or Super-App mobile platforms.

- 12 to18 years of experience in application development, with at least 5 years leading mobile architecture or digital platform engineering.
