- Minimum 5 years in Mobile automation using Appium with Java and BDD cucumber.

- Knowledge of mobile debugging tools (e.g., Charles Proxy, Android Studio, Xcode).

- Knowledge of Accessibility testing for mobile applications.

7. API and Backend :

- Experience in working with APIs and backend validations (Postman, REST Assured).

9. Agile Methodology :

- Experience in working on Agile (Scrum) Methodology.

10. Test Management :

- Experience in Jira/Confluence w.r.t Test management to maintain test case and track bugs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust mobile automation frameworks to accelerate release cycles and improve overall test coverage for iOS and Android platforms.

- Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle, from requirement analysis and test planning to execution and production monitoring, to ensure zero-defect delivery.

- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting code reviews and sharing best practices in mobile performance and security testing.

- Partner with development teams to identify root causes of complex bugs and implement preventative measures that enhance application stability and user retention.

- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing transparent, data-driven insights into product quality, release readiness, and potential risk mitigation strategies.
