Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Mobile App QA Engineer with strong expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Assurance. The candidate will be responsible for validating analytics implementations across iOS and Android applications, ensuring accurate event tracking, data flow, customer journey measurement, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Validate Adobe Analytics tracking implementations across mobile applications.

- Perform end-to-end validation of analytics data flow from mobile SDKs to AEP and CJA.

- Use Adobe Assurance to debug SDK implementations and validate Experience Edge calls.

- Verify event ingestion, XDM schemas, datasets, identity stitching, and reporting accuracy.

- Validate analytics events, parameters, payloads, and data mapping across mobile applications.

- Inspect network requests using Charles Proxy, Proxyman, Postman, or similar tools.

- Create and execute test plans, regression test suites, integration tests, and UAT scenarios.

- Perform functional and analytics testing across iOS and Android applications.

- Collaborate with developers, analytics engineers, and product teams to identify and resolve defects.

- Ensure analytics implementation meets business and technical requirements.

- Support defect analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause identification.

- Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Assurance, AEP Mobile SDK.

- iOS and Android application testing, Network and API validation, JSON and XDM schema validation.

- Charles Proxy, Proxyman, Postman, Jira.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4+ years of overall QA/testing experience.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics/AEP testing.

- Hands-on experience testing Adobe Experience Cloud implementations for mobile applications.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Adobe Analytics or AEP certification.

- Experience with Adobe Data Collection / Adobe Launch.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and enterprise analytics ecosystems.

- Experience working with large-scale mobile applications and analytics implementations.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
