About the Role :

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Mobile App Developer to join our growing fintech team. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms. Experience in building secure, user-friendly apps in the fintech or payments space is a strong plus!

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy mobile applications using React Native, Redux and related frameworks.

- Prefer people with high proficiency in using AI tools for coding.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to create seamless and secure user experiences.

- Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and trends in fintech.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.

- Work with security teams to implement mobile app security best practices, especially for handling sensitive financial data.

Required Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of professional experience in mobile application development (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).

- Proficiency in React Native or Flutter.

- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, UI/UX principles, and secure coding practices.

- Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools.

- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, JWT), and push notifications.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Should be a BE / B.Tech

- Previous experience in fintech, banking, or payments apps.

- Exposure to compliance standards like PCI DSS, SOC2, or GDPR.

- Familiarity with tools like Firebase, AppCenter, Sentry, or Mixpanel.

- Published apps on the App Store or Google Play.
