Role : ML/AI Applied Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning / AI Applied Engineer to join our fast-growing, VC-backed startup. This is a full-time opportunity where you will contribute across the entire AI development lifecycle - including dataset creation and curation, model development, results visualization, in-depth analysis, and deployment of AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI systems

- Work with large datasets, ensuring quality through data curation and preprocessing

- Conduct feature engineering, data analysis, and visualization to drive insights

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI solutions

- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance

Requirements :

- Strong programming proficiency in Python

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn

- Solid understanding of data curation, preprocessing, and feature engineering

- Familiarity with statistical analysis, data mining, and web scraping

- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
