We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in virtualization and storage technologies, as well as experience in server administration.

The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving our companys IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage complex IT infrastructure solutions using Nutanix, VMware, and Microsoft technologies.

- Perform system administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and storage.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable and secure solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.

- Conduct regular system audits and implement security measures to protect data and systems.

- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve system performance and efficiency.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant certifications.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering, with a focus on Nutanix and VMware technologies.

- Strong knowledge of virtualization, storage, and networking concepts.

- Proficiency in Nutanix AHV, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Windows Server and related technologies.

- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Nutanix Certified Professional, VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft) are a plus.
