Role Overview :

As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards. Your work will directly contribute to improving operational efficiency, identifying trends, and optimizing resource allocation, ultimately enhancing the company's overall performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect and consolidate data from various sources to create accurate and timely MIS reports for management review.

- Analyze data trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to relevant departments.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and develop customized reports to meet their specific needs.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data validation procedures and conducting regular audits.

- Support the implementation and maintenance of MIS systems and databases to ensure efficient data management.

- Assist in the development of data-driven strategies and initiatives to improve business performance.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights.

- Proven expertise in creating and maintaining MIS reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Strong understanding of database management principles and experience with SQL queries.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data findings to stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- 1.5-3 years of experience in a similar role.
