About the Role :

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Salesforce Project Cluster Lead to oversee a cluster of Salesforce projects.

- The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Salesforce, with at least 10+ years of overall experience and a minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Architect.

- This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of architects and technical staff.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a cluster of Salesforce projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.

- Oversee and mentor a team of Salesforce architects and technical staff, providing guidance and support.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define design best practices.

- Review design, drive POCs.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and standards.

- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Salesforce.

- At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.

- Possession of mandatory Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect.

- Proven experience in leading and managing multiple Salesforce projects.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent leadership and people management skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

- Strong Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and techniques.

- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and other Salesforce technologies
