Job Title : Senior Product Manager Electronic Health Records (EHR)

About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager EHR to lead the design, development, and growth of our flagship EHR product within the Elixir platform. This role will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of clinical workflows and ensure seamless experience for providers, clinicians, and care coordinators.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Vision :

- Define and own the product roadmap for EHR clinical modules including charting, documentation, e-prescriptions, scheduling, and patient history.

- Identify market trends, regulatory changes (e.g., HIPAA, CMS, HL7/FHIR), and customer pain points to drive product innovation.

Execution & Delivery :

- Partner with UX, engineering, QA, and AI teams to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope.

- Drive UI/UX enhancements by collaborating with design and engineering teams.

- Own backlog prioritization and release planning; ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

Go-to-Market Enablement :

- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing to develop positioning, training materials, and product demos.

- Drive product launches and support pre-sales conversations with clients.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement :

- Define KPIs and use product analytics and user feedback to inform feature enhancements.

- Actively monitor product performance and ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and security norms.

- Manage end-to-end implementation of the EHR product for new clients :

- Participate in discovery sessions

- Translate client-specific needs into configuration or development tasks

- Support UAT, training, and go-live readiness

- Act as a product escalation point during rollout

- Monitor client adoption, system performance, and user feedback post-deployment.

- Conduct competitive analysis to position Elixir as a best-in-class EHR platform.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years in EHR product management.

- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient documentation, and provider needs.

- Experience with FHIR, HL7, ICD-10, SNOMED, and interoperability requirements.

- Exposure to platforms like Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or similar.

- Proven success in delivering scalable, user-centric EHR features.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to Have :

- Experience integrating AI/ML for clinical documentation assistance.

- Background in working with Salesforce Health Cloud or custom EHR platforms.
