Job Title : Salesforce Technical Lead

Location : Noida

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce-based solutions for both product and client implementations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Customize and configure Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Boomi or other middleware platforms.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.

- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.

- Proven experience with Boomi or similar integration platforms.

- Experience working on product development and client implementations.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in the healthcare domain or with healthcare-related products.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
