Position Overview :

We are looking for a Software Engineer Python | AI Automation to join our global AI and automation team. In this role, you will contribute to the modernization of AI-powered contact center systems by automating legacy routing workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, and cloud-native technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on next-generation automation solutions that directly enhance customer experiences within large-scale enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about AI integration, automation design, and cloud engineering, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions to modernize existing contact center routing systems.

- Build and optimize Python-based automation scripts leveraging LLMs and AI agent technologies.

- Utilize AWS or Azure services (compute, storage, serverless) to design scalable, cloud-native solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, data engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical implementations.

- Integrate APIs and external data sources to enable intelligent, data-driven automation.

- Maintain robust documentation for all code, processes, and architecture to ensure transparency and scalability.

- Support project delivery by providing regular progress updates, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline optimization and process automation.

Required Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python, including strong command of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.

- Proven experience in automation scripting and process optimization.

- Practical exposure to LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering, including integration with APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).

- 3+ years of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, covering compute, storage, and serverless services.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with Node.js or Java for backend development.

- Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or similar AI model hosting platforms.

- Knowledge of Contact Center solutions such as Genesys Engage or Amazon Connect.

- Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
