Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (IAM & Information Security) to lead enterprise-scale initiatives focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business, technology, and security teams, ensuring alignment, delivery excellence, and adherence to security and compliance standards. You will manage complex, cross-functional projects, driving operational efficiency and successful adoption of IAM solutions across the organization.

This position requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies, strong stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in delivering IT and InfoSec programs within large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Delivery :

- Lead end-to-end execution of IAM and Information Security projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersincluding IT, Security, Compliance, and Business unitsto align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure effective communication.

Agile Program Facilitation :

- Conduct sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning sessions. Facilitate team ceremonies and ensure seamless communication among distributed teams.

- Coach Product Owners and teams on Agile principles and backlog management best practices.

Change and Risk Management :

- Champion change management processes and ensure all IAM and InfoSec initiatives meet compliance, governance, and policy requirements.

- Identify risks and mitigation strategies early to maintain project stability.

Process Improvement & Governance :

- Promote continuous improvement across project teams by identifying bottlenecks, implementing automation or reporting enhancements, and refining delivery processes.

- Ensure all projects adhere to established PMO standards, documentation, and governance models.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Coordinate with technical leads, cybersecurity engineers, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable IAM implementations.

Communication & Reporting :

- Provide regular project updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs, including IAM and Cybersecurity initiatives.

- Proven experience with Agile, Hybrid, or Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies for project delivery.

- Strong understanding of Information Security principles, IAM frameworks, and compliance standards.

- Experience leading cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure components.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Certifications such as PMI (PMP/PMI-ACP), APM, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).

- Prior experience with IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, Azure AD).

- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar InfoSec compliance frameworks.

- Experience working within highly regulated industries (e.g., Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare).
