Job Description :

We are seeking a Identity and Access Management Engineer Cloud Platforms to join our team remotely.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and support Microsoft Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations.

- Oversee Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Management, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Identity & Access concepts.

- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot AAD Connect and Azure SSO.

- Support and maintain ADFS basic operations.

- Configure and troubleshoot Azure MFA and Conditional Access Policies.

- Manage Azure AD RBAC concepts, including Privileged Identity Management (PIM/PAM).

- Monitor and analyze Azure AD logs to detect anomalies.

- Configure and troubleshoot Azure Identity Provisioning, Identity Governance, and B2B integrations.

- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and use Microsoft Graph API for automation of Azure AD and AD workflows.

- Provide basic support for Azure B2C operations.

- Collaborate on IAM projects across multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI).

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a technical/technological discipline.

- 3- 8 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, including Azure AD operations (e.g.,

AD Connect, SSO, Conditional Access, PIM/PAM, B2B/B2C).

- Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and models : SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, RBAC, ABAC.

- Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Microsoft Graph API.

- Practical experience with hybrid and multi-cloud IAM, including federation or SCIM-based provisioning.

- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and compliance tools to align IAM operations with security and

regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to resolve complex IAM issues across teams.
