Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Network Engineer with 8-10 years of expertise in deploying, maintaining, and optimizing complex network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a deep, hands-on understanding of SD-WAN technologies, with a proven track record in strategic implementation and migration. This role requires a leader who can bridge technology and business goals, mentor team members, and ensure the resilience and security of our global network ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a subject matter expert in designing and implementing company-wide SD-WAN strategies across multiple industries.

- Design, deploy, and maintain robust network infrastructure, including wired and wireless networking, cybersecurity, firewalls, switches, and access points.

- Lead the deployment of migration strategies from legacy WAN to modern SD-WAN solutions.

- Create and maintain detailed high-level and low-level design documents, cut templates, and implementation plans.

- Build and configure on-premise and cloud-based controllers such as vManage, vSmart, and vBond.

- Resolve critical network incidents and troubleshoot complex issues across the infrastructure.

- Mentor and train other engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

- Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve long-range business goals and negotiate strategic partnerships.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8-10 years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.

- Expert knowledge of Ciscos SD-WAN solution and significant experience with Fortinet devices.

- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, MPLS, IPSec tunnels, SSL, VPN, MFA, Radius, and public/private cloud environments.

- Hands-on experience with Fortinet solutions, including firewalls, switches, and access points.

- Experience in implementing best practices for Microsoft networks.

- Proficiency with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools.

- Proven ability to create comprehensive high-level and low-level design documents, implementation plans, and cut templates.

- Experience with FC, FCoE, and iSCSI is required.
