Job description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented AI-driven QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest quality of our software products. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and validating software applications, identifying defects, and ensuring that all deliverables meet functional and performance standards. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-performing software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform comprehensive manual testing on web applications to validate functionality, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Design and execute test cases and scenarios based on product requirements and user stories.

- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new updates do not impact existing functionality.

- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar platforms.

- Perform exploratory testing to identify unexpected issues and edge cases.

- Develop, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

- Prepare detailed test reports, including steps to reproduce, screenshots, and logs where required.

Agile Experience :

- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), including participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Mandatory Skill Requirements :

- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar, with the ability to leverage them effectively for productivity and "vibe coding."

- Practical experience in automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Good typing proficiency with the ability to document test cases and reports efficiently and accurately.
