Job Description :

We are looking for a self-driven and experienced React Native Developer with strong proficiency in Redux to join our team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance React Native applications.

- Implement state management using Redux for scalable and maintainable codebases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.

- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements :

- Strong expertise in React Native and Redux.

- Proven experience in building and deploying mobile apps for iOS and Android.

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

- Experience in mentoring or guiding other developers is a plus.

Preferred :

- Experience with native modules, performance optimization, and app store deployment.

- Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines.
