Job Description
At Mindera, we're building a world-class DevOps and Platform Engineering practice to power next-generation software delivery across GCP and Azure.
We're looking for a Lead Engineer DevOps & Platform Engineering who thrives on designing scalable, secure, and developer-friendly platforms.
In this high-impact leadership role, you'll own end-to-end platform initiatives and help shape our cloud infrastructure strategy.
You'll work closely with cross-functional squads to improve deployment speed, platform resilience, and engineering efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the vision and implementation of platform engineering strategy across GCP and Azure.
- Design and scale multi-tenant Kubernetes infrastructure with security and configurability at the core.
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, Crossplane, Terraform, Kustomize, and Helm.
- Implement GitOps workflows for consistent, repeatable deployments.
- Improve infrastructure reuse, reduce environment sprawl, and optimize cost efficiency.
- Build observability frameworks using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and InfluxDB.
- Champion DevSecOps by embedding compliance and security as code across all environments.
- Develop reusable templates, internal tools, and self-service capabilities to boost developer productivity.
- Collaborate with product leaders and architects to align infrastructure goals with business outcomes.
- Mentor engineers and promote a culture of automation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with:
- GCP and Azure.
- Kubernetes.
- ArgoCD (Must Have).
- Crossplane (Must Have).
- Terraform, Helm, Kustomize.
- Strong understanding of:
- CI/CD automation.
- GitOps workflows.
- Multi-tenant architecture.
- Infrastructure standardization.
- Experience with observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, InfluxDB.
- Deep knowledge of DevSecOps, security-by-design, and compliance automation.
- Proven leadership experience driving platform engineering initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering and product teams.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with GenAI/LLMs in engineering workflows.
- Exposure to policy-as-code and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in fast-paced, product-led engineering environments.
