Role Overview
We are seeking a talented UI Designer to join our growing design team.
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications.
You will collaborate closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to bring wireframes and concepts to life through impactful visual design.
Youll be the guardian of aesthetics and brand consistencyensuring every interaction is intuitive, every screen is pixel-perfect, and every product feels both delightful and functional.
What youll be doing :
- Translate Wireframes into UI : Convert UX wireframes and flows into polished, high-fidelity designs.
- Create Visual Assets : Design layouts, icons, illustrations, and other graphical elements.
- Maintain Design Consistency : Develop and maintain visual guidelines, style guides, and design systems.
- Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure accurate implementation.
- Ensure Responsiveness : Design interfaces optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
- Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest visual design trends, UI patterns, and digital aesthetics.
- Advocate for Visual Clarity : Balance creativity and usability, ensuring interfaces are engaging yet practical.
- Showcase Portfolio Strength : Demonstrate creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail through a strong portfolio.
- Use Design Tools : Hands-on proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
What Were Looking For :
- 4 or more years of professional experience in UI/Visual Design, preferably across both web and mobile products.
- Strong eye for detail, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and modern UI patterns.
- Strong communication skills to present design rationale and align with stakeholders.
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality visual design work, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating in fast-paced, Agile/Scrum product environments is a plus
