This position requires a balance of technical depth, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end software architecture using the .NET technology stack and Azure Cloud platforms

- Define and maintain technical standards, best practices, and design guidelines across development teams.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions.

- Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including microservices transformation and DevOps adoption.

- Conduct technical and architecture reviews to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.

- Drive innovation through proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and the evaluation of emerging technologies.

- Ensure optimal cloud infrastructure design, focusing on scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

- Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology solutions with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and architecture, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET and Cloud-based solution design.

Strong proficiency in :

- .NET Farmwork, .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework Core

- Cloud Platforms : Microsoft Azure (preferred) Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Event-driven systems Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes

- DevOps tools : Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions

- Databases : SQL Server, Cosmos DB, or other NoSQL technologies

- Experience with Cloud-native and Serverless architectures, API management, and message queues

- Strong understanding of application security, identity management (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Azure AD), and performance optimization techniques.
