Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Lead with strong expertise in Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds will be considered a plus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Salesforce initiatives, architecting solutions, and guiding teams to deliver scalable and efficient CRM implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Agentforce).

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.

- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.

- Ensure integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems.

- Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.

- Drive adoption and provide training/support to end-users.

- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and leverage new features for business benefit.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8-9+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Exposure to additional Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Marketing, Commerce, Health) is a plus.

- Salesforce Certification(s) required (Administrator, Developer, Architect, or Consultant).

- Proven experience in solution design, architecture, and leading Salesforce projects.

- Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
