Mid/Senior UiPath Business Analyst

Job Title : Mid & Senior UiPath Business Analyst

Experience : Mid 5+ & Senior 7+

Location : Bangalore, India (Hybrid - 3 days in a week onsite)

Shift : This will be rotational shift (UK Timings and India timings)

Interview Process : Total 3 rounds (At least 1 interview with be F2F)

- Must have Insurance domain experience

Job Description :

- Identify business requirements and analyze processes to determine automation opportunities.

- Document and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Propose and design automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

- Test and review implemented solutions to ensure they meet business needs and compliance standards

Core / Must Have :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in business process modeling and improvement.

- Ability to gather and document precise requirements.

- Knowledge of RPA tools (UI Path) and technologies.

- Knowledge of insurance industry processes.

Primary / Should Have :

- Experience with data analysis and reporting.

- Understanding of project management principles.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.

Secondary / Could Have :

- Familiarity with RPA, AI and API concepts.

- Experience with process mining tools.

- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
