Hiring Now : Mid-Level Enterprise Architect - LeanIX

Location : Bangalore / Chennai

Experience : 6-10 Years

We are seeking a hands-on Enterprise Architect to drive and support the LeanIX rollout across our global business units . This role will blend technical expertise with strategic architecture skills to ensure seamless adoption, governance, and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead discovery of Business Managed Applications (BMAs)

- Document architecture views in LeanIX - Fact Sheets, interfaces, lifecycle

- Collaborate with IT & Business teams for data quality & governance

- Conduct workshops and support onboarding of global teams

- Analyze application portfolios for rationalization opportunities

- Support ongoing architecture governance and best practices

Must-Have Skills :

- Proven Enterprise Architecture (EA) experience

- Hands-on with LeanIX or similar EA tools

- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- LeanIX Admin/Practitioner certification

- Exposure to Azure & .NET tech stack
