Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MicroStrategy Developer to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MicroStrategy dashboards and reports, with strong knowledge of SQL and ETL concepts to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and documents.

- Create and maintain schemas, cubes, metrics, filters, prompts, and other BI objects.

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract data from relational databases.

- Work closely with data engineers and ETL developers to understand data pipelines and ensure data availability.

- Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and timely delivery of reports and dashboards.

- Support troubleshooting and performance tuning of existing MicroStrategy applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 37 years of experience as a MicroStrategy Developer.

- Strong expertise in MicroStrategy components (Architect, Developer, Web, Visual Insight, etc.).

- Solid understanding of SQL with ability to write efficient, optimized queries.

- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

- Experience working with relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.

- Good understanding of data modeling and dimensional design.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
