Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Teams Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building, integrating, and deploying enterprise-grade Microsoft Teams applications. The ideal candidate will have experience across Microsoft Teams Toolkit, Copilot Studio, Teams AI Library, TypeScript/JavaScript, Adaptive Cards, and Microsoft Bot Framework. The candidate should be capable of developing conversational and AI-powered Teams applications, integrating enterprise systems, and supporting application deployment and configuration in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and deploy Microsoft Teams applications using Microsoft Teams Toolkit.

- Build conversational and AI-powered experiences within Microsoft Teams using Teams AI Library.

- Design and implement integrations with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Develop Teams applications using TypeScript/JavaScript.

- Design and implement Adaptive Cards for interactive and conversational experiences.

- Develop and configure bots using Microsoft Bot Framework.

- Integrate Teams applications and bots with enterprise systems, APIs, and Microsoft 365 services.

- Configure authentication, permissions, application settings, and Teams channels.

- Troubleshoot application, bot, integration, and deployment issues.

- Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Teams solutions.

- Follow enterprise security, governance, and development best practices.

- Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

1. Microsoft Teams Toolkit :

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Toolkit.

- Teams application development, configuration, packaging, and deployment.

- Understanding of Teams app lifecycle and application architecture.

2. Copilot Studio :

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Copilot/agent integration with Microsoft Teams.

- Conversation design, topics, actions, connectors, and enterprise integrations.

- Experience integrating Copilot Studio with APIs, Power Platform, or enterprise applications.

3. Teams AI Library :

- Hands-on experience with Teams AI Library.

- Development of conversational AI experiences within Teams.

- Integration of AI/LLM capabilities into Teams applications.

- Understanding of prompts, conversation flows, AI orchestration, and contextual responses.

4. TypeScript / JavaScript :

- Strong hands-on development experience using TypeScript and/or JavaScript.

- Experience developing Teams applications and integrations using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.

5. Adaptive Cards :

- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Adaptive Cards.

- Dynamic card rendering and conversational response design.

- Experience implementing interactive actions such as submit, approve/reject, forms, and data-driven responses.

6. Microsoft Bot Framework :

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Bot Framework.

- Bot development and conversational workflow implementation.

- Teams channel configuration and bot deployment.

- Experience with authentication, dialogs, activities, and bot integrations.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Enterprise Microsoft Teams App Store submission.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams app policies and compliance requirements.

- Experience with Teams app manifest and packaging.

- Experience with Microsoft Graph API.

- Azure services and Azure Functions.

- REST API integration.

- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD authentication.

- Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, or SharePoint integration.

- Experience with Azure OpenAI or other LLM technologies.

- CI/CD and DevOps experience.

- Agile/Scrum methodology.

Required Experience :

- 5 - 12 years of overall IT/software development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Teams application development.

- Proven experience with at least the core mandatory technologies: Microsoft Teams Toolkit, Copilot Studio, Teams AI Library, TypeScript/JavaScript, Adaptive Cards, and Microsoft Bot Framework.
