About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform Senior Consultant to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Desktop, with strong communication and client engagement skills. This role requires hands-on experience in enabling end users as citizen developers, designing automation workflows, and delivering user-centric business applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide training and support to end users in application development using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Desktop.

- Enable and mentor citizen developers across regions to create efficient business applications.

- Collaborate closely with global end users; ensure effective communication, requirement gathering, and user enablement.

- Design and develop interactive chatbots and automation workflows using Power Automate.

- Create rich UI applications using Power Apps and process automation with Power Desktop.

- Support deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Power Platform solutions.

Required Skill Set :

- Bachelors degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech) or MCA.

- 5 - 8 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Desktop).

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Experience working with clients across regions.

- Proficiency with GitHub Co-Pilot and AI Builder in Power Platform.

- Knowledge of RPA tools like Automation Anywhere (A360), UiPath, or N8N (added advantage).

- Certification in PL-900, PL-200, or PL-400 preferred.
