Microsoft Power Platform Engineer - SQL Server

About the Job :

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Model-Driven Apps. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components, with strong technical leadership skills and ability to deliver enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Develop complex Power Automate workflows, including cloud flows and data flows to automate business processes.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Architect and implement Dataverse solutions ensuring proper data model design, security, and integrations.

- Manage and implement integrations between Power Platform, SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, and

other external systems.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

- Drive solution performance, maintainability, and scalability best practices.

- Ensure proper documentation of development processes, solution architecture, and functional specifications.

- Participate in technical reviews, code quality reviews, and solution demos with stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the Power Platform ecosystem.

- Coordinate with business users and project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Key Skillsets Required :

- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).

- Strong technical expertise in Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Data Flows).

- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Dataverse (mandatory).

- Experience in building Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse entity models.

- Good knowledge of integrating Power Platform solutions with SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel, and other systems.

- Experience in application lifecycle management (ALM) using Power Platform tools.

- Strong understanding of security concepts, data policies, and role-based access control in Power

Platform.

- Experience in mentoring or leading a technical development team.

- Knowledge of Power BI and AI Builder is an added advantage.

- Ability to perform gap analysis, requirement gathering, and translate functional needs into technical solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
