Microsoft Intune Engineer

Description

Experience Required

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Intune

- At least 3+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies such as Exchange, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Microsoft Intune MDM infrastructure and associated services

- Configure, deploy, and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines

- Implement and manage Conditional Access policies

- Oversee device enrollment for Windows, iOS, and Android platforms

- Manage application updates and versioning across devices

- Troubleshoot issues related to device enrollment, application wrapping, and application deployment

- Collaborate with Development and Microsoft teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and MDM concepts

- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting

- Understanding of device management across multiple platforms (Windows, iOS, Android)

Additional Requirements

- Good communication and documentation skills

- Experience working in a support environment

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Windows Autopilot deployments
