About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET 8 and React to build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate will have a solid backend foundation in C#/.NET and hands-on frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks, along with the ability to work in a collaborative, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET 8+ and ReactJS

- Build robust and scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET Core

- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

- Implement and manage microservices architecture for scalable solutions

- Work with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus

- Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL Server

- Collaborate closely with client teams and cross-functional stakeholders

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization

- Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in .NET 8 (or above) with excellent command over C# (Mandatory)

- Hands-on experience in ReactJS, including TypeScript, Redux, and React Router (Mandatory)

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development

- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs

- Hands-on experience with messaging queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus)

- Strong proficiency in SQL Server and database design

- Experience working in on-premises environments

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with client teams.
