Role & Responsibilities :

The Microsoft Enterprise Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in implementing, operating, and evolving the firms enterprise platforms across Microsoft 365 and supported AI technologies. This includes governance, administration, and lifecycle management across collaboration platforms and AI environments, while ensuring solutions remain secure, compliant, and scalable.

This role supports a broad operating model across governance, platform operations, and AI enablement, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other enterprise AI platforms adopted by the firm. The role requires strong change management skills, structured project management experience, and the ability to deliver L3 support for complex platform and governance escalations.

How you will contribute? :

Platform Implementation, Governance & Maturation :

- Contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of governance processes and platform controls across Microsoft 365 and supported AI platforms.

- Build, implement, and iterate workflows and controls using AvePoint and native platform capabilities.

- Implement and evolve Microsoft Purview solutions, including DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, insider risk, and data lifecycle management.

- Support governance and control frameworks for AI platforms, including policy enforcement, access models, and agent lifecycle management.

- Identify gaps, propose new controls, and drive improvements that mature the overall platform and governance posture.

Platform operations, BAU & L3 Support :

- Provide L3-level support for complex platform, governance, and AI-related escalations.

- Troubleshoot advanced issues across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Purview, Power Platform, AvePoint, and enterprise AI platforms.

- Support AI platform operations, including configuration, access, usage controls, and issue resolution.

- Perform assessments and implement improvements that enhance workspace quality, reduce sprawl, and maintain platform health.

- Operate within Microsoft 365 admin centers and platform-specific admin tools to execute governance and operational actions.

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Communicate platform and governance updates, implementations, and changes across global teams.

- Support rollout and adoption of new platform capabilities, including AI tools and governance controls.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation across regions.

- Act as an escalation point for governance exceptions, platform usage concerns, and access-related issues.

Reporting, Analysis & Insights :

- Build, maintain, and monitor dashboards tracking platform usage, governance metrics, adoption, and risk indicators.

- Analyze data across Excel, Power BI, and platform reporting tools to generate actionable insights.

- Track AI platform usage, agent activity, and governance effectiveness to support informed decision-making.

- Provide concise, data-driven recommendations for leadership.
