Description :
System Management & Troubleshooting :
- Oversee and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 LS Central to support retail operations efficiently.
- Identify and resolve system errors and performance bottlenecks.
Development & Integration :
- Customize and develop features within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem to align with business needs.
- Ensure seamless integration of tools such as Price Checker, PDA devices, and external platforms.
- Design, develop, and deploy mobile applications to complement retail operations, such as inventory tracking and customer engagement tools.
Mobile Application Development :
- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or native development tools (iOS/Android).
- Ensure mobile applications are optimized for performance and user experience.
- Integrate mobile apps with the Dynamics 365 LS Central system and other backend services.
Technical Support :
- Provide prompt support for system users, including POS, mobile applications, and inventory management teams.
- Address technical challenges related to retail operations tools.
Data Management & Reporting :
- Develop tools and generate reports for inventory tracking, sales analysis, and operational insights.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data flow across systems, including mobile platforms.
Training & Collaboration :
- Train users on Dynamics 365 LS Central, mobile applications, and other integrated tools.
- Collaborate with operations and IT teams to address evolving business needs.
Qualifications :
Educational Background :
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills :
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 LS Central (customization, troubleshooting, and integration).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and mobile application development frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, API development, and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with tools like Price Checker, PDA integration, and mobile app integration with ERP systems.
Experience :
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 LS Central or similar ERP systems.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying mobile applications for retail or related industries.
- Strong background in the grocery or retail sector.
