Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant - Power Platform

Position : CRM Functional Consultant.

Location : Mohali (Chandigarh).

Experience : 4+ years.

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner or Maximum 30 Days.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the environment setup and configuration of CRM solutions.

- Design, develop, and implement business processes using Power Automate and Power Apps.

- Work on customizations and extensions, including plugins.

- Collaborate with technical teams to define and document functional requirements.

- Participate in the deployment, testing, and support of CRM implementations.

- Exposure to CI/CD processes is a strong plus.

- Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting.

Desired Skills & Competencies :

- Strong expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, and CRM customizations.

- Experience with CRM environment setup and administration.

- Knowledge of writing and working with plugins and custom workflows.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
