Roles & Responsibilities :

- Leverage 2+ years of hands-on experience to design, implement, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or ERP solutions based on client requirements.

- Effectively communicate complex technical and functional concepts both verbally and in writing to diverse audiences (in English).

- Utilize strong analytical skills to understand business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective Dynamics solutions.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, including both outbound and real-time marketing functionalities.

- Exhibit a proficient understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights for customer data analysis and segmentation.

- Possess practical experience with Azure Data Factory for data integration and transformation within the Dynamics ecosystem.

- Demonstrate hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse as the underlying data platform for Dynamics 365.

- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform for provisioning and managing Azure resources is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps for automated build, test, and deployment processes is a significant advantage.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or ERP solutions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Marketing (Outbound & Real-time).

- Proficient understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights.

- Experience with Azure Data Factory.

- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.

- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps (preferred).

- Strong understanding of business processes related to Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and/or ERP modules.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus
