Title : Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer


Job Type : Full Time Employment


Type of Work : Work from Home (WFH)


Company Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka


Work Hours : 6 : 30 pm to 3 : 30 am IST (India Standard Time)


Description :


- Extensive experience in developing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM / 365.


- Experience working on .NET Applications.


- Strong experience in the design, analysis, development, customization, and implementation of various applications/environments using Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.


- Good working knowledge of .NET C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, angular/react JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.


- Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 development with a focus on customization, integration, and web services.


- Strong understanding of Microsoft platform technologies such as Web API, REST API using .NET, and Azure.


- Experience with CRM database interaction using web service methods.


Desired Skills :


- Certifications in MS Dynamics CRM/365.

Responsibilities :


- Tailoring the CRM system to align with organizational requirements, including workflows, dashboards, and reports.


- Ensuring seamless integration of the CRM system with other platforms like ERP systems, marketing tools, Sales CRM or Service CRM or customer service platforms.


- Transferring data from legacy systems to the CRM system while maintaining data integrity.


- Developing custom solutions using tools like ASP.NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server.


- Conducting thorough testing to ensure the system functions as intended.


- Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing updates.


- Handling escalated technical issues and debugging complex problems.


- Identifying areas for system improvement or process automation.


- Staying updated on new releases and implementing them to leverage the latest features.
