Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer [XRM Specialist]

Role Overview :

Responsible for designing, developing, and customizing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement/XRM) to support client's CTMS, finance, recruiting, and operations modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Dynamics CRM components (XRM) for CTMS, finance, and recruiting.

- Implement PCF controls using React and Redux.

- Write TypeScript for form scripting and custom plug-ins.

- Configure and maintain API integrations with external systems.

- Collaborate with product managers and architects to deliver backlog items.

- Ensure adherence to ALM processes and CICD pipelines for solution deployment.

- Document technical designs and maintain system configurations.

Location : Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai

Educational Qualifications :

- Engineering Degree : BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc.

- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/XRM development.

- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Redux, and C#/.NET based plug-ins.

- Familiarity with Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Event Hub for integrations.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Experience with data security standards (HIPAA-like, PCI DSS).

- Working Experience in Dataverse

- Understanding of Dynamics components like customer insights, sales, service field service, marketing modules

- Understanding of pub sub. Async. Distributed transactions. Saga.

Preferred :

- Exposure to clinical trial systems or healthcare domain.

- Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform).

- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).
